Superiority

Polyglycerol monooleate is a colorless to yellowish viscous liquid to paste chemical organic substance used to make emulsifiers and stabilizers. CAS: 49553-76-6, strong acid resistance, insoluble in water, can be dispersed in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and oil

Hot water and cold water have good dispersibility and similar properties to Tween 80.

They have unique emulsifying and stabilizing effects under acidic conditions at 120 C.           

Uses: Emulsifiers and stabilizers
