Brief introduction:

This product is an organosilicon material with hydroxyl groups at both ends of its molecule, which is polymerized by siloxane monomers.The structural formula is as follows:

 HOSi(CH3)2O[Si(CH3)2O]nSi(CH3)2OH

The chemical name is αω-Diol polydimethylsiloxane,  generally speaking, the viscosity is more than 2500mpa.s is called 107 silicone rubber.According to use, the viscosity is 30cp,not only has the character of polydimethyl silicone oil,but also the reactive character of DIOL, then can be made into other new material,or cross bonding to SBS.

Colorless transparent liquid, excellence electrical-resistivity and resistance high and low temperature, high flash point, low freezing point, can be used in the temperature from -50℃ to +250℃,low viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compression ratio, low surface tension,good character of water-repellent and moisture resistant,chemical inertness,physiological inertness.

Applications:

1. The normal and high viscosity can be used as the base of paper anti-tack agent.

2. High viscosity will be the raw material of sealant.

3. The main content of thermos-paint in power and electrical equipment trade.

4. The base and diluted material of condensed room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber, e.g sealant and moulder gel.

5. Take the place of polydimethyl silicone oil

6. Micro-molecule hydroxyl silicone oil (25-30cp, hydroxyl content :8% also) is the excellence constitution controller of silicone rubber, which can be replaced diphenyl silanediol, improving processing technical and transparent level.

Usage and dosage:

Generally used with curing agent to achieve cross-linking and curing. When used for release paper, it must be fixed with a coupling agent. Generally, the amount of curing agent accounts for 3 to 5% of the base gum, and the coupling agent accounts for 0.5 to 1 of the base gum. %. In most cases, the base gum is diluted 10 times with a solvent, and then the curing agent and coupling agent are added, then mixed evenly, and then coated on the surface of the substrate, and cured at room temperature or by heating. It takes more than 30 minutes at room temperature, and 30 seconds for heating at 120～150ºC. No solvent is required for sealant and mold gum base. After adding the curing agent, stir evenly (the curing agent is different for one-component and two-component), and it can be cured within 30 to 120 minutes after deaeration.
